Become a Success Coach
Our Successful Coaches provide our youth and their families with knowledge, guidance, and support to achieve their goals. All of our Success Coaches will receive training and program curriculum to follow with students.
We are looking for Success Coaches who exemplify the following qualities:
*Be a role model
*Be empathetic
*Be a great listener
*Be open-minded
*Be patient
*Be committed
*Be willing to teach
*Be able to speak life into the youth
Participate in a Committee
- Fundraising Committee: Assist the organization with raising funds
- Graphics Design: help create graphics for marketing materials, social media, and website
- Marketing/Social Media: assist this team with promoting Joshua Way of Hope programs and special events on social media and other platforms
- Special Events: assist with planning, organizing, and/or decorating (Gala, award ceremony)
- Training: If you have a particular training you would like to offer our youth; or become a trainer for our Life Skills 360 Training Institute (We will train all trainers if needed).
- Website: monitor website for issues and updates

Joshua's Way of Hope Advisory Board is committed to providing services and programs to effect positive change in the youth and families in our community. As a member of the advisory board, you will be hands-on in the creation and direction of the services and programs we offer. We need people who are passionate about helping others, critical thinkers, and dedicated to our mission to reduce generational recidivism in economic poverty, health disparities, criminal justice, and child welfare systems through the coordination of programs, counseling, and training.
